• Operating and Maintaining 6 Axis Modular Universal CNC/DNC – Profile whirling / Milling Machine (Weingartner Maschinenbau) and Racer CNC Milling (Fanuc series 18i/180is-MB5) following Ontario`s
• Health and safety act
• Expertise experience in Manufacturing Feed screws from 3” Inch to 15” inch Diameter and up to 315” inch in length while maintaining close tolerance up to 0.001” in section of screw, mixers, keyways, and spline
• Programing for different keyways (open, closed), spline (square tooth spline) and perform machining of those including cutting, drilling, and taping
• Use of measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometer, dial indicator, depth gauge, block gauges and angel locator with properly maintain and calibration
• Installation of different modules of CNC machinery like whirling unit for efficient machining, hobbing mechanism for spline, end milling for larger diameter screws
• Complete the inspection after each complete machining done on screw at each station and prepare the inspection report with all necessary measurements
• Troubleshooting of CNC related to hydraulic system, mechanical system and electrical limit switches and ladder logic
• Perform Preventive Maintenance periodically for smooth operation of machine
• Interpreter and solve new complex design of feed screws from worldwide customers and prepare manufacture planning during meeting with programmer and plant manager
• Using overhead crane to move workpiece

• Worked as a Design Engineer in a private manufacturing company
• Designed and development of 3D model on solidworks, and manufacturing and assembly based on application
• Assisted and modified drawing in coordination with engineers/designer in value engineering field
• Developing and maintaining standardize title block sheets and presentation formats
• Work as an active team member and communicate with CNC machinist to solve design problems
