Phase 1 - Launch a new customer facing app called Hometown Rewards, to grow digital presence and improve customer's digital interactions with the brand.
A phased rollout approach where Phase 1 is focused on creating a mechanism for collecting member data through the company app that provides bonus offers and value-adds. The loyalty platform is fully integrated into the overall Salesforce platform providing unique opportunity to simplify and leverage rich customer data being centralized in Salesforce

Project 1 - Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Quickly enhance user identity protection using modern authentication protocols like MFA, provide a consistent secure mobile experience and offer self-service password reset options. Scope includes all domain users, non-privileged users, privilege users and vendors.

Project 2 - Privilege Access Management
A need to inventory and investigate all Privilege accounts to ensure all user accounts, service accounts, vendor accounts or other accounts do not have unwarranted Privilege security access to servers, workstations, and company data. Also, the project targets stale accounts in AD that possess a security risk since they could be used by an attacker or a former employee.

PROJECT: TD FOR ME
The intent of this project is to enhance the TD Mobile Banking experience by providing a "digital concierge" feature “TD for Me” that curates content and services to create personalized, contextual experiences for customers based on their location and interests. This new feature provides customers with useful TD-related content, like special nearby offers, helpful tips and details on local events, with more content and capabilities to be added in future updates. Key features of this project were - New Dashboard, Event Categories Management, Customize Notification, Integration with Android Location Services and Apple Location Services
Phase 1 – Integration with mortgage concierge service Using geolocation technology, the new service connects customers with mobile mortgage specialists who are nearby and available, offering seamless access to mortgage advice for TD mobile customers

Worked on multiple projects within Roger digital banking domain including both Roger Online and Mobile App. These projects enable Roger customers to take advantage of self-serve channels and perform key activities on their own rather than waiting in Rogers contact center queue.
Project 1 - Online and Mobile Banking Registration
This project allowed Roger bank customers to register for Online and Mobile Banking App. A new 3 step process was introduced which includes Authentication of client Identity, Username and Password creation and OTP Verification (One-Time Passcode).
Project 2 – Forgot Password/Username
Leveraging above capabilities a new flow was created to allow Roger customers to reset their password and/or username online without reaching out to roger call center. This capability significantly reduced the password reset call volumes at Rogers call center.
Project 3 - Customize Account Alerts
This project enables Rogers bank customers to set up and manage their Credit Card Alerts. Mainly the Alerts were in two categories: Transaction Activities Alert and General Account Information Alerts. The transaction alerts would show the purchase amount in CAD with the exchange rate applied. The general account alerts would show the due date for the minimum payment, payment received and others.
