During my practicum as an RCA student at Maple Ridge Seniors Village, I learned to operate care equipment, assist with feeding, take vital signs, and provide support in palliative care and care conference of the residents. This hands-on experience helped me build confidence, improve communication, and understand the daily responsibilities of supporting residents with compassion and safety.
