• Worked on the integration of SAP systems with the 3PL systems for all types of applications (File/Webservice/Idoc)
• Created a high-level design of end to end integration applications. Defined the flow of data between the applications that must be integrated, mapping business process activities to the applications that support them and drafting a data object.
• Based on the inputs from the platform teams, involved in the Implementation Plan for a Canada based Minor project
• Worked for 6 major releases and 3 minor releases for regions like Iberia, Benelux, North America, Canada, France, Latin America, Spain
• Worked on the migration activities from TIBCO BW 6.4 to TIBCO BW 6.5 interfaces :
  Was involved in the platform setup and configuration of Tibco 6.5, Around 200+ interfaces were migrated from Tibco 6.4 to Tibco 6.5 version
• Defect Manager role : Worked as a defect manager for major releases, handling all the test support defects in SIT & UAT phases of the interfaces in scope. Reported the weekly defect report to the defect lead and published the report to the stakeholder
• SME Support : Provided SME support for the development and support team during critical escalations. Trained the new resources in Tibco 6.5 development, defect management, data migration, hypercare and test support
• Exceeded expectations by taking proactive measures to prevent prime time incidents, consistently resulting in excellent performance reviews
• Involved in the production Go Live activities such as configuration, deployment, scale up, monitoring, sanity check up.
• Incident manager role : Provided production support post transport of interfaces to the Production environment – Hypercare for around 3 or 6 months based on the scope of the interfaces in the roll out. Tracked the incidents, fixed the bugs or worked on the code change in case of evolution incident and delivered it to the production environment within the given window.
• Handled a team of size 12 for 1 major roll out for France and 1 minor roll out for Canada, proactively delivered the deliverables on time to the client
• Prepared and performed hands-on training sessions for the new trainees in the development team covering the process, scope and technology components involved in the project
• Automations performed : Worked on two automation applications – Event monitoring and Retry mechanism

Event monitoring : Implemented an acknowledgement application to send partner acknowledgments in case of error or success of the integration. This application also sends an acknowledgement to the SAP system so using the AIF framework SAP system will reprocess only the failed records. Implementation of this application helped in end to end tracking and debugging the cause of error in case of integration failure

Retry mechanism : In case of any failure in TIBCO the application tries to reprocess the data(IDOC) for 3 times, if still the message processing is failed then the data is moved to the error queue and the next data will be processed. This application was mainly designed to avoid the crash loop issue in case of bulk incoming data
