- Removed boiler casings, handrails, manhole, and hole covers to facilitate access to boilers or other vessels for repair.
- Assisted with Hydrostatic testing of boiler, Testing up to 28,000 Kpa/4061 Psi
- Replaced Boiler tubing 4" XXS and 3" XXS butt weld
- Used hand signals to notify crane operator to lift components to specific positions.
- Tightened or replaced bolts and gaskets to repair leaks.
- Removed and Installed PSV's.
- Cleaned air intake filters for boiler.
- Eliminated risks by correctly identifying potential safety hazards.
