March 2020 - October 2020 - CF Pacific Centre Waterproofing

• Performed asphalt and protection slab demolition at Pacific Centre Mall located on West Georgia, Howe and Dunsmuir Street.
• Supervised sub contractor water proofing, electrical and paving operations
• Coordinated all concrete pours, asphalt placement and City of Vancouver works.
• Involved in all weekly meetings with the client and City of Vancouver engineering
• Implemented a complicated TMP in the heart of Vancouver

December 2020 - July 2022 - Centerm Expansion Project

• Supervised the entirety of the West Expansion, RMG/RTG Construction and SAR
• West expansion consisted of preload, water main, storm installation, 32 conduit duct banks, demolition of existing concrete RMG rail.
• Directly coordinated with DP World Management on schedule, utility conflicts, safety protocols and project drawings

July 2022 - February 2023 - New St Pauls Hospital Construction (PCL)

• Supervised utility construction in Vancouver consisting of dual pipe trenching with 1500mm concrete storm and 600mm PVC sanitary pipe
• Performed gas, water and sanitary utility support for piping to be installed underneath

Feb 2023 - Feb 2025 - Metro Vancouver Gilbert Trunk Sewer

• Installed 2 km of 1829mm Concrete Lined Pipe and water main in the city of Richmond residential neighborhood
• Sheetpile shoring, well pointing and water treatment needed for installation methodology
• Adhered to very strict environmental regulations due to proximity of major fresh water canal, farm land and outfall to the ocean

Feb 2025- Present - BC Ferries Maintenance Facility Upgrade

• Utility and road construction in a high paced facility with many other trades and union members active

Started with Allan Construction as a lead hand and earned a spot as a foreman and graduated to General Foreman

Projects at Allan Construction included :

• Highway construction
• Potash Mine construction and shut downs
• 3 year project performing surface and shaft construction at the BHP Billiton Jansen Potash Mine
• City of Saskatoon Methane Gas Expansion
• City of Saskatoon Police utility upgrades
• Operated excavators, bulldozers and graders on many projects
• Went to a GPS survey course 3 times (Topcon University)
• Proficient in GPS survey, equipment controls and localizing projects

• Began construction career at Andy Gravel Trenching LTD.
• Learned to operate excavators, back hoes, bulldozers graders and chain trenchers
