- During my internship I played a crucial role in developing and analyzing engine and aircraft forecast models, contributing to strategic decision-making. My work included building and refining cash flow models, utilizing traditional valuation methods such as Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) to assess the viability of investments and transactions. Additionally, I conducted in-depth evaluations of historical performance on aircraft lease deals, comparing them against forecasted outcomes to improve predictive accuracy. I also worked with IBA appraisals to assess current market values, aligning them with forecast projections to provide comprehensive investment insights.
