Destiny Too

At my school, I volunteered to keep count of the score in various sports matches. (04/2024 - 05/2024)

As member of the girls varsity Team at my high School, I was also the team captain two years in a row.

I also participated in many clubs at school such as BSA (Black Student Association), STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), and Student Council.

• Demonstrated sales expertise in the retail industry by effectively selling clothes and various artifacts
• Managed payment processing and acquired proficiency in operating card reader.
• Collaborated with a range of patrons, showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Successfully demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to handling regular cash transactions through proficient use of the cash register.
• Facilitated meaningful conversations with the festival attendees of various cultural backgrounds as a volunteer at the Tulip Festival.

While volunteering at Wrestling Canada in Landsdowne, Ottawa I was entrusted with the role of security. I was to check and verify that those who attended the event had the right identification for admission.

I also accurately kept the count and tally of the points of the wrestling matches.

• I organizing playdates with other children and providing supervision during outdoor activities
• Developing creative ways to encourage learning through everyday experiences.
• Establishing trust through consistent communication with both parents and kids.
• Greeting parents upon arrival home from work and providing updates on the day's events.
• Transporting children to school, sports activities, or other engagements when necessary.
