During this time I planned lessons for allotted time to strengthen weak subjects and build skills. I taught and assisted students in areas such as English and Math, creating tailored lesson plans on subject matter. I assessed students' progress throughout tutoring sessions and adjusted instructional methods and content focus. I developed student confidence through attentive instruction in English and Math, applying positive reinforcement strategies. I maintained detailed files and created charts tracking students' learning progress. I also motivated students towards learning and studying to build self-confidence and reduce fear of failure
