Day to day tasks include case management and relative paperwork, compliance with all State and Federal regulations, maintenance and oversight of progress reports required by the Department of Rehabilitation, positive behavioral redirection of individuals served, oversight of client goals and growth, and documentation maintenance. Additional tasks include direct staff oversight such as training new hires, managing workflow, evaluating performance and feedback, and issue resolution.
