I am currently a licensed millwright with over 25 years of experience in many fields of the millwrighting profession. I've worked in food processing at Campbell soup and been involved in everything from machine repair to new equipment installation and commissioning and daily maintenance functions. These led up to a maintenance team leader position at Campbell soup for just over 20 years. After that I decided to move closer to home and switch positions with Campbell soup to go work at Honda of Canada manufacturing and the automotive market working in the diecast division where they cast aluminum engine heads and blocks. I worked as a millwright for a year and a half then became a maintenance team leader for 3 years before moving into the reliability position in the department which also led me into the technical planning group with the engineering department to enhance the machine efficiencies and reliability in the engine plant. I hold many training certifications and license tickets from propane use to 1st aid and wellness to T6 welding tickets for high pressure pipe and many other aspects of the maintenance field.
I would love an opportunity to show and discuss these achievements with you.
I've also been involved with several "managerial awards", "total delivered cost awards", "Enabling our future " and Campbell soup used to call them "you make a different awards" for going over and above not only my daily duties but the responsibility of an individual within the plant, as well as "every day excellence" &"you make a difference" recognition awards.
