I was 17 years old working in a restaurant and after two years of hard work and dedication was able to purchase the business for myself. After a horrible business agreement i had to venture out. I started working construction at a rock sand and gravel plant. I took my drive to making everything better for the employees and the management my goal. I started in the construction industry in 2003. I Worked my way up in a few years to a foreman. Since then I have been managing projects of large scale for public and privity works prodjects.
