Accomplishments
- Played 3 years of Junior 'A' Hockey. 2 1/2 years in Bonnyville for the Pontiacs and then 3 months in Vernon for the Vipers.
- While playing for the Pontiacs, I obtained 3 awards. (Rookie of the Year, Most Improved, Matt Cook Unsung Hero Award)
- Went on to play Professional Hockey in the ECHL and the SPHL for the Jacksonville Icemen and the Fayetteville Marksmen.
- Played half a season at the University of Lethbridge back in January 2019 – April 2019.
- Collected over 1800+ hours of community service which included running minor hockey practices for the local teams in Bonnyville, along with helping senior citizens with shovelling or help moving large items.
- Helped run an Anti-Bullying campaign that was organized by the Pontiacs which was used to help teach elementary and junior high students the effects that bullying can have and why you should not do it.
- More recently, my University team made it to playoffs for the first time in 12 years and also made it to the National Championship for the first time since 1994.
