
Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology graduate with work experiences include working for the government as a Canadian food inspector and working as a customer service manager for Walmart. Willingness to learn and expand knowledge with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Skills include problem solving, leadership, fast learning, teamwork, adaptability, and customer service.
Performing inspections and evaluations of animals, their products, facilities, processes and other related activities, as directed. Collecting and preparing samples for subsequent laboratory analysis to test for residues, disease agents and contaminants in food products, and animals. Sign and verify paperwork for meat products being exported out of the country.
Ensures safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, i.e., safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of area, evacuations, down registers, emergency codes, theft. Handles customer and Associate concerns and provide guidance as required. Monitors all Front End associates ensuring proper coverage, coordinating breaks as well as provides assistance to outlying registers. Prepares registers for opening and closing daily and supports cashiers by providing change as needed, while maintaining front end cash levels and supports process by completing audits on register accuracy.
Provide customer service by acknowledging the customer, identify the customer's needs, resolving customer issues and concerns, and maintaining a safe shopping environment. Operating cash registers to process customer's purchases, meet front-end performance goals, bag items for customers, and follow all shrink and safety procedures.
Answered phone calls, responding to basic questions regarding appointments and clinic operations and directing calls within clinic as appropriate. Updated and recorded customer or client information to maintain accounts. Duties also included cleaning in between patients, scheduling appointments, and processing insurance payments.
I enjoy doing arts and crafts, building puzzles, and cross stitching. I am capable of playing multiple instruments (piano, saxophone, clarinet, and guitar). I am an active member of our Catholic church as a pianist and a choir member who serves every Sunday. I am also a part of the Brooks Filipino Community Association (BFCA) committee as a youth ambassador.
I completed by DELF A1 french exam, level 6 practical exam for piano with first class honors and level 8 theory with first class honors under the royal conservatory of music. I was selected to be the sole representative for my high school to attend the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA)
