• Able to perform machine set-ups
• Participates in set up sheet and standards updates
• Operate Andon lights as per instructions and escalation procedure
• Able to do program edits (taper comps, tool numbers,)
• Complete and update OEE white boards hourly
• Knowledge of machine control panel and understand basic machine codes and functions
• Load/Unload machines as assigned and basic operation of most QA lab Equipment (CMM, P40, P65, etc)
• Use most measuring instruments in assigned area and complete first off inspection
• Make tool offset adjustments and perform quality checks
• Identify nonconformant parts and follow proper reporting procedures
• Correctly logs labor posting time and quantities daily
• Is required to work in compliance with Health and Safety rules and regulations and maintain clean work area following 5S guidelines
