The greatest asset that I bring to fusion glass is my attitude towards my team. As assistant manager, I brought the entire team together, including over 200 volunteers and 10 staff I always quickly addressed any difficulties or conflicts in a fair manner, which always left all parties very positive, and everyone knew that I had everyone’s interest at heart

Day today, I knew all of my volunteers and staff. They’re strengths and weaknesses, and I always brought the team together and created an extremely positive work environment.

My problem-solving skills are unique. I have always gone to my people who have the most experience in the area of the problem occurs, and I consider them to be the expert.

I am highly adaptable. Over a lifetime of working in many diverse fieldsI have excelled as not only knowing the perfection but understanding. I have always done this by helping all of my teammates in doing so I created a strong foundation and built on that. Please ask me for examples during her interview.
