• Customer Service: Exercised patience and a positive attitude when giving instructions and additional guidance to students. Provided inside sales support to clients. Coordinated print projects and troubleshooted difficulties to deliver positive experiences to clients.
• Communication Skills: Practiced active listening and empathy with students and clients/customers alike to address their individual needs. Developed prosodic elements of clear speech (intonation, stress, rhythm, and projection) when narrating made-for-television English-study programs and an in-house university English language textbook series, which I later fostered in students.
• Time Management: Maintained and updated semester-long online calendars/assignment schedules to monitor courses and workflow. Timed lessons accurately to ensure the completion of short- and long-term learning goals.
• Teaching/Training Skills: Observed students' strengths, challenges, and personal learning styles to create supportive and collaborative learning environments for instructing oral communication, presentation skills, and academic writing. Conducted dispatcher training and designed a training manual for clients' job postings in print media.

Encouraged smartphone use for conducting research (Googling), practicing pronunciation (voice recorder), checking vocabulary and grammar (apps), and filming roleplays and interviews (camera). Used both Windows and Apple operating systems, Zoom, and MS 365 proficiently - MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Forms, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Design: Created well-designed learning materials using Word and PowerPoint, as well as videos and photographs.
