  • Establish consistent routines and maintain a positive, structured classroom environment.
  • Integrate Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and culturally responsive practices into instruction.
  • Use a warm-demander approach to guide behavior and build strong student relationships.
  • Complete administrative tasks (attendance, reports, surveys) accurately and on time.
  • Attend required trainings, meetings, and professional development sessions.
  • Support site operations, events, and classroom coverage as needed.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Site Program Manager.

Accomplishments

While facing adversity in my life being able to complete college from undergrad to graduate school and being able to travel with my cohort to Costa Rica, Panama, japan, Hawaii and Singapore to give back and help with humanitarian aid in other countries. I am connected with my schools international department to offer my resources for medical, famine, natural disaster, physical and sexual violence.
