• Performing realistic scenarios in crisis intervention, de-escalation and specialized interrogation scenarios focused on people with mental disabilities (including low IQ, autism, ADHD) and children.
• Providing respectful, constructive feedback to trainees and management teams to improve their communication, empathy and interviewing skills.

Ensuring accurate bookkeeping, invoicing and student payment processes.
