Monitoring client progress, conducting ongoing assessment, and making data-driven adjustments to the treatment plan as needed.

Consulting with the BCBA on the case for behavior treatment plans, recommendations, and transition plans prior to adjusting.

Collaborating with other professionals to coordinate care and ensure support to clients.

Providing formal performance evaluations with respect to following program procedures, administrative tasks (timesheet submission, etc.) direct therapy, and parent training skills.

Providing clinical consultation that includes behavior plans and programming to clinical staff.

Written data-drive program summaries of the services provided during the authorization period.

Implemented ABA techniques including DTT, PRT, PECS to increase language and communication, appropriate play skills, cooperation skills, and daily living skills.

Create fun, motivating experiences to generate the highest level of performance for each individual.

Track each individual's progress with graphs and daily data collection.
