• Responsible for maintenance of over 40 wireless cell sites, maintained and supported network equipment and infrastructure such as Cisco routers and Switches, Microwave Radios, LTE, UMTS, RBS 6601, eNodeB, TLAN, Multiplexers, batteries, DC power plants
• Work with internal and external stakeholders such as Network operations Center (NOC), Network Implementation and Engineering , contractor and building landlords

• Completed preventive maintenance on over 10,000 Transport elements, like Microwave radios, Direct fiber transmission links, Cisco routers and switches
• Perform configuration management, submit incident management tickets (IMT) and follow up to ensure corrective actions are taken to resolve issues
• Submit Network change ticket (NCT) and obtain approvals to implement change in the network
• Perform software upgrades and configuration changes
• Project lead on various projects, develop project plans, schedule and trackers
• Monitor project progress against baselines.
