Although my background and professional experience in Brazil were primarily in administration and customer service, my transition to the role of Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) in Canada has demonstrated my ability to adapt and grow. At All About Kids Childcare, I applied my problem-solving and communication skills to enhance the educational environment and classroom efficiency, as well as to strengthen relationships with parents.
Since September 2023, I have been working as an Early Childhood Assistant at All About Kids, initially in the Infant Room and currently with Toddlers and Pre-School children. In this role, I support Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) in their daily activities. My responsibilities include interacting with children in one-on-one and small group settings to support their learning, as well as encouraging social interaction and participation in group activities. I supervise children during classroom activities and on the playground, organize snack times and nap hours, and assist with diaper changes as needed. I also ensure the cleanliness and organization of the classrooms, preparing them for the next classes and maintaining equipment. Additionally, I communicate with parents to update them on their child's progress and behavior in the classroom.
Receptive service for system users, clarifying doubts and conducting training on the system, responding to requests for changes in the registration and configuration of the client's account. It also provided support to new users, focused on the training part of using the system. In Marketing, capturing new customers through telephone prospecting or commercial visits, negotiating new rates and reducing deadlines.
Implementation and Training of Bysoft systems where I was responsible for serving the customer base in the post-purchase period, scheduling timetable for the implementation of systems and training. I was also responsible for the follow up during the implementation phase until the system go into production.
I worked in the commercial area where I was responsible for planning the direct delivery (Treelog deliveries) of copies of a customer portfolio. The entire process from the moment the copies were delivered to Treelog by the publisher until delivery to the final consumer was under my responsibility.
