· With over 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, I have developed a strong foundation in key HR functions such as end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy development, and health and safety compliance. I have led full-cycle recruitment initiatives, developed and implemented HR policies aligned with organizational goals, and supported both employees and leadership through effective coaching and employee relations strategies. My approach emphasizes building inclusive, high-performing teams and creating a culture rooted in respect and accountability.
