to work orders, profoma invoices, B13’s, bills of landing etc.

· Daily correspondence and tracing of shipments with carriers, verify receipt of
Shipments.
· Follow up with carrier for pending POD’s.
· Problem solve cases of missing documentation / lost freight as required.
· Advise management of any issues or problems with customers, carriers or vendors.
· Provide operational support for co-workers when needed.
· Consistently work on maintaining good understanding, communication and
relationship with our client.
· Fully understand the Transcon in/out bound process flow and be proactive
involved in looking for best practices to improve the operational process to be
more effective, efficient and productive.

· Handling document with checking in system, get LTL, & FTL, POD from Driver.
· Requesting POD's from drivers/ printing from website.
· Printing paperwork and assist other members of the team as needed.
· Enter and Scanning all Check out & in audit sheet.
· Print Overview and Run sheet of Drivers. If any correction, amendments or any
Changes such as.
· Receiving and sorting of internal Pods and PODs from other carriers.
· Emailing, Scanning and/or uploading invoice documents to driver portal on timely
Manner for payment.
· Following up with drivers for POD.
