When working at height there might be fragile surfaces or scaffolds create potential hazards. If workers are working on a fragile roof, the risk is that it may collapse. When working with scaffolds, there is the risk of it not being secure which could cause a person to fall.

As per previous construction site responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate, assign and review the output of workers.

• Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments

• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports

• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

• Requisition supplies and materials

• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work

• Monitor quality and production levels

• Provides and/or implements security and security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.

• Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.

• Provides specialized security for and monitors access to limited and restricted access areas such as inventory

areas, network equipment areas, and employee files and confidential record in this role may include and are

not limited to:
