I have been cooking professionally since I was 13 years old, my first job after school casually at The Round Table restaurant in Wpg. I have pictures of myself cooking as early as 4 years old. It is my passion. I have worked in many types of food service environments, hotels, small private restaurants, modern franchises, cafeterias, and private schools. I have acquired many skills throughout the years, and now in life I find I have become a very well rounded, a proficient Chef Manager.
