Emergency Department Disaster Team:

         As a team, we are responsible for department training for active shooter drills, disaster preparedness, donning 

         and doffing procedures for infections diseases. 


Safety Team: 

         As a team we are responsible for wound care training for staff, fall prevention training, safe patient handling. 

         I am one of a handful of instructors who teach the department safe patient handling including the equipment, and Vistellar 

         courses which center around non-escalation and de-escalation techniques for patients.
