  • Run all district required reports for station. RDL (GSQA AND EGNSL), VIPER, OPTIC, MEDICAL, HPR, POWER BI, FWR, EOPS
  • Monitor all inbound packages to assure correct resolution. SIP Only, Trip Only, Van No Pod. Run In Control and report progress throughout shift.
  • Track all inbound FO, PO and SO packages to assure on time performance.
  • Cons Log to assure all deliveries using Cons are completed correctly and delivered on time. Advise of those packages that missed cons to correctly acquire signature records for those to assure there is no missing deliveries.
  • Track daily Medical packages to assure we are 100% on time and communicate progress through each time commit.
  • Manage equipment for station. Daily Gate Keeper and monthly equipment reconciliation. Repair all non working equipment.
  • Manage TRIP routes to and from Ramp to Station and Station to Ramp.
  • Manage holiday scanning process to assure all left behind packages are correctly scanned and stat
