In addition to my 30 years of Community Mental Health Worker experience and my 2 years as a Chairperson for a non profit board serving seniors in my community and outlying areas, I also am a Certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, Yoga Nidra Certified Facilitator(form of mediatation), Raindrop Technique Specialist and ran my own business called Absolute Serenity in Manitoba.

I am known to be a strong advocate with many examples available.

I relocated to Cochrane to be closer to my adult children and live a peaceful life with my aging dog. Although retired, I feel eager to re enter the work force on a part time basis.
