This was a temporary grade 9 position over two school years which provided me the opportunity to teach Science, Math and physical education and to continue my involvement with extra curricular programs.

Many of the components described in the more recent teaching experiences were started at ELJHS.

My teaching career began in Bashaw AB in 1997 at a small K - 12 school. It was an extremely supportive and rewarding start to my career.

As I have continued to hone my skills and develop leadership aspects of my career I reflect upon the solid support I received there and try to emulate it daily at EJELS.
