I’m currently completing my CNA training with my ultimate goal set on becoming an RN. What really sets my foundation apart is my background as a Crew Manager at McDonald's. Working in that environment taught me how to manage fast-paced shifts, prioritize urgent tasks on the fly, keep team communication tight, and strictly uphold health and safety standards. I know how to handle pressure while treating people with empathy and respect.
To build on this foundation, I actively take the initiative on my own time outside of my shifts and training to independently study hospital workflows, unit dynamics, and telemetry basics. I'm taking that same drive into healthcare so I can hit the ground running as a dependable, proactive CNA on a hospital unit.
