As a coach, my philosophy is to inspire a love of sport for life.

I got into coaching as a high school student to bring my love of sport to younger athletes inspired by the many incredible coaches I had growing up. I wanted to give back to the sports that brought so much into my life.

I continue to build my knowledge and experience through being involved in the many different sports my children play - softball, lacrosse, hockey and ringette - as well as continued education as I pursue the Competition Development Certification.
