I was cross-trained to work in all positions of the restaurant. Counter, drive through and Kitchen. I evolved to the position of Store opening Manager.
My duties involved : Opening store, setting up cash for the day and rechecking previous evenings deposits, setting staff positioning and duties, Checking manager records and updating, inventory control and cleaning up all stock areas. I covered breaks and expedited orders as well. I pride myself and remembering repeat customers and providing excellent service to retain business. It's important to me to maintain that rapport.
