  • Initially hired to design and install a Management Operating System to improve and track productivity as well as teach basic management skills to all Supervisors and Middle managers. Supervised Currency Department from July until October 1991 , with day to day responsibilities for upwards of $60 million in cash. Produced first profit in last 18 months in September and October 1991. Became ATM Dispatch Manager in January 1992. Responsible for 8 dispatchers and 150 technicians servicing 750 Automated Teller Machines. Also worked to install a computerized dispatch system to improve the speed and quality of customer service provided.

  • Began as a management trainee. Was involved in opening McDonald's at SkyDome in June 1989. Worked in the capacity of First Assistant Manager of the Vending Operation until November 1990 when transferred to the Mississauga Market. Responsibilities included over-seeing every program in the store from recruitment and retention to management development and supervising 10 managers and 200 employees on a daily basis. Also responsible for projections and actuals of every ledger account for a $3.5 million dollar per annum business.
