My professional career began in Italy in 2021 as a waiter, a role that taught me the importance of customer service and time management. Driven by a desire for new experiences and to improve my language skills, I then moved to Ireland, where I continued to work in the restaurant industry, further honing my communication and problem-solving skills in an international context.
My thirst for adventure then took me as far as Australia, where I took a significant detour from the service industry, working as a laborer. This experience, while different, allowed me to develop a strong work ethic, adaptability to new contexts, and the ability to handle practical and operational challenges, increasing my versatility.
Upon my return to Italy, I was able to capitalize on the different skills I had acquired, directing my career toward vacation rental management. In this role, I found a meeting point between my interpersonal skills developed in the restaurant industry and my new organizational and practical skills gained in the blue-collar sector, applying them to complete property management and optimizing the guest experience.
