What I bring is years of experience in a competitive team environment. Why is that important? Some days, I was the leader; others, I would let someone else lead. Some days I would need to keep others accountable, on others, I kept myself accountable. At the end of the day, I did what was in the team's best interest. What gave us the best chance of winning. Whatever it took, I would do it if it meant my team was successful. I have worked 16-hour days consistently before, which means I know what hard work is. I study business administration in college, I work full time, and wherever my place of work is, I will treat their company as if it were my company.
