As lead mechanic, I have been responsible for:

• Informing customers about the start of their project, and to allocate storage for all necessary tools and materials that will be onsite during construction.
• Scheduling delivery of materials and coordinating with other trades.
• Ensuring the safety of all active workers in my care.
• On construction, following blue prints and engineers drawings to ensure correct placement of new equipment.
• In modernization, removing old and redundant equipment and ensuring a clean workspace.
• Installing and commissioning new equipment.
• On maintenance, ensuring the proper operation of all elevator components and talking with owners to address any concerns they might have.

• Performed inspections and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Set up machines to start production cycles and controlled machine settings.
• Operated technical and mechanical equipment and adjusted machine settings according to work cycles.
• Performed quality assurance tasks to promote accuracy and minimize mistakes.
• Performed quality checks to identify finish discrepancies.
• Assisted with equipment startups and machine installation tasks.
