Responsibilities included spearheading relationship building with investors which led to our acquisition in 2020 by the RBC US Ventures team. Reporting to the CEO I lead the our teams market research efforts to verify demand for our product, craft our brand, marketing and customer acquisition strategies. This research helped guide product development and and aided in our acquisition efforts.

A subsidiary of Bosa Properties, CMPNY Cowork provided office space and education tools to startups and entrepreneurs to help their businesses and themselves.
Responsibilities included managing our on site staff, revamping the CMPNY brand to support our acquisition goals and handling all agency/contractor relationships. Direct B2C sales helped ensure our occupancy goals were met as I was accountable for the strategy and outcomes of all our acquisition channels and KPIs. Reporting progress and working directly with the CEO, my efforts aided the acquisition of the company in mid 2019.

Bunz is the Economy of Things. A barter based platform helping people move away from the traditional patterns of consumption and connection.
Responsibilities included working directly with the founder to drive user acquisition, managing the marketing department, and liaise with the product team to support our community of users. I was accountable for all acquisition channels including digital, out of home, partnerships, public relations and our referral program. Worked with the founder to define and implement her visions for brand and communications.

18 Waits is a Toronto based menswear company producing quality crafted garments and accessories here in Canada.
Responsibilities included managing both B2B wholesale and DTC / e-commerce sales channels. On the wholesale side I managed existing relationships with key accounts while conducting inside sales and attending several annual trade shows to attract new retail partners. On the direct to consumer side I managed our e comm site, content and digital ad optimization to grow our customer base.
