My decision to transition from being the owner of a relatively new custom home building company to pursuing a position as a project manager within a reputable custom home building company, are as follows. While I am proud of the growth my company has achieved since its establishment a couple of years ago, it has not yet reached the level of success I had envisioned. As a result, I have decided to seek additional job security and explore new opportunities in the field.

One of my primary motivations for transitioning to a project management role is the desire for increased stability. While my company has experienced growth, it is still in a phase of development and has not yet achieved the level of stability I believe it should. Joining a reputable custom home building company as a project manager would provide me with the added security of working within an established organization with a robust track record of success.

Furthermore, my goal is to prove myself as a valuable asset to another company while my own company is being managed by another individual. By joining a reputable custom home building company as a project manager, I aim to showcase my qualifications, skills, and ability to contribute to the success of the organization. Through this experience, I hope to establish a strong professional reputation and build relationships within the industry.

Looking ahead, my long-term aspiration is to collaborate with a reputable custom home building company as a team member.
