As an Assistant Project Manager in construction, I supported the coordination of project execution to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. I maintained schedules, communicated with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensured alignment between field operations and design intent. I managed RFIs, submittals, and change orders while ensuring compliance with project requirements. Additionally, I assisted with budget tracking and cost forecasting to support financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

• Working as a Building Science Consultant for QEA Tech, with a focus on building envelope related advisory. Responsible for all things building science including but not limited to, report reviews / writing, client response, operations advisory and review, and infrared imaging specialist.

• Worked as a TA in the Documentation and the Construction Contract Course offered in 3rd year of the Bachelor of Architectural Science program at Ryerson University. Responsible for grading working drawing sets and associated contract documents as well as meeting with student groups to discuss their work. Similarly, worked as a TA in the Building Envelope Systems course offered in 2nd year of the Bachelor of Architectural Science program at Ryerson University.

• Working as a project coordinator at a high paced consulting and project management firm. I was asked to continue part-time work during my studies after completing a summer co-op placement with IRC. Tasks and responsibilities include estimating, envelope testing, rehabilitation design, building evaluations, reserve fund studies, leak assessments and many others.
