I received The Canada Post Mark Award 

The award was for outstanding customer service 

I came into work for my afternoon shift 

I was told by a supervisor this lady had been in the plant lobby all morning she had mailed her airline ticket by accident in her back pack

She had been in the lobby some time . Soon as i started my shift 4pm  i went on the hunt for packages she had posted 

She had posted about 5 packages with lettering on the packages . She described to me what they looked like so i went trying to find them

Found 2 brought them to her no was not the right one with the airline ticket 

Went back again found package number 3 brought it up no again 

So did not give up found package number 4 after some searching this is a big warehouse but had and idea where they could be and went to these areas 

Came to her with package 4 no again 

So now i was getting worried only one left and we new it was the one but i had to find it for my customer 

Time was running out because she had to board a plane to Australia 

I went to this area seen a container and a package i flipped it over thought oh my god that is it . I ran with it said to her is this is this it 

She said yes security had to open it for her she got her ticket and she was able to make her flight back home to Australia 

I was so happy i was able to help her and that she made her plane and called her mom 

that was my job and i do what ever i can for my customers
