Former Manager of Promotion of Private Investment in the Municipality of Lima, former General Director for Multiannual Investment Programming of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Former program manager of the Panamerican and Parapanamerican Games of Lima 2019; former Director of the Office of Regulatory Efficiency for Productivity and Competition of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Director of the Office of Financial Tools for Business Growth of the Ministry of Production; bilingual; Master in Applied Mathematics for Stochastic Processes from Pontifical Catholic University of Peru; Bachelor in Economics from San Ignacio de Loyola University; experience as an assistant professor of microeconomics and econometrics at local universities.

• The organization and development of Lima 2019 Panamerican and Parapanamerican games in just 3 years. This combined with the fact that they were considered the best games in history up to that point (2016 to 2019). This project ha a budget of US$ 1 Billions dollars.
• Having reach the final commercial agreement with the European Union and Japan - ( Japan 2011 and European Union 2012). The European Union is the 3rd main commercial partner of Peru and Japan the 7th.
• The creation of the procurement agency of the armed forces of Peru, which is an entity that centralizes the acquisition of goods and services and works of the 3 armed forces of Peru (in 2013). This entity spends on average Us$ 11 Billions dollars annually.
• Led the team to device the National Public Procurement Law in Peru under which 1800 entities had to procure their own goods, services and works.
