- Train security and loss prevention officers

- Experience in conducting different Investigation (CCTV, document and individual)
- Strong interpersonal skills, possess strong influencing, negotiating and conflict resolution skills
- Resilient management skills - ability to effectively interact with a variety of stakeholders including department personnel, general public and law enforcement personnel
- Verbal communication skills - ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy
- Written communication skills with experience in writing reports, maintaining a daily log and personal notebook
- Has computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to use own initiative, ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision, ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively
- Ability to work within structured and highly regulated environment, positive team player attitude, adaptable and flexible to new challenges
- Analytical, detail oriented and with good judgment and problem solving skills
- With Security and Loss prevention License issued by Manitoba Justice
- With Full Class 5 Driver's License (F5) and First Aid/CPR and AED Certification
