  • Strong interpersonal skills, possess strong influencing, negotiating and conflict resolution skills
  • Resilient management skills - ability to effectively interact with a variety of stakeholders including department personnel, general public and law enforcement personnel
  • Verbal communication skills - ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy
  • Written communication skills with experience in writing reports, maintaining a daily log and personal notebook
  • Has computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to use own initiative, ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision, ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively
  • Ability to work within structured and highly regulated environment, positive team player attitude, adaptable and flexible to new challenges
  • Analytical, detail oriented and with good judgment and problem solving skills
  • With Security and Loss prevention License issued by Manitoba Justice
  • With Full Class 5 Driver's License (F5) and First Aid/CPR and AED Certification
