Summary

I have been a union mason tender for Reddick Bros. Masonry for over 12 years as well as several years off and on with other companies previous to my employment with RBM.

Wages in the union go up a bit each year and I’m paid slightly above the standard rate but aside from that there is no room for advancement.

Not only have I taken this about as far as it can go, the rising cost of living is becoming unaffordable. In consideration of these factors I am ready for something new and I think a position with your company would be beneficial to all involved.

Please note that I will have to give my current employer at least two weeks notice.

Thank you for your consideration.
