Worked in restaurants for many years, i learned how to talk to coworkers,guest,management. I am very committed to my work place and my team. Management can count on me to get things done the right way and on time. Leadership have also chosen me to train and lead new hires. I understand when deadlines or very busy seasons/days call for staff to stay extra or coming in for a extra day im completely open and thrive in doing a great job and feeling like i made a difference by staying and helping coworkers and staff.
