My responsibilities within the job consisted of :
- Supervising a group of kids ;
- Guiding parents to their kids and vice-versa ;
- Transporting large quantities of food ;
- Picking up equipment for activities ;
- Assisting a main barbecue cook ;
- Organizing activities.
- Utilized problem-solving skills to resolve camper conflicts.
- Organized supplies and resources for daily activities, streamlining preparation processes.
- Participated in regular meetings with camp leadership to provide feedback on program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Built strong relationships with campers and parents, resulting in increased retention rates for future summers.
