I oversee a sales territory as a Regional Vice President and promote CPP insurance solutions, while supporting ongoing services. In doing so, I ensure sales and services are compliant with current insurance laws, regulations, and standards.
Furthermore, I produce and deliver sales and product training seminars, in addition to serving as the primary contact for escalated support for WFG. My other achievements include the following:

In my regional sales manager role, I utilized my in-depth knowledge of insurance products and concepts to collaborate with the regional vice president to support and advance sales initiatives. For example, I created email blasts to promote marketing and product information. I imparted ideas to support team initiatives and participated in special projects, as well.
I supported customer relations by following up on meetings and events, in addition to entering feedback into the customer relationship management (CRM) system. I also advanced territory sales by making these contributions:
⇨Generated new business relationships through prospecting calls.
⇨Worked closely with the regional vice president to develop a sales territory business plan.
⇨Increased Quebec territory sales production and utilized interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with financial advisors and other business contacts.
As a bilingual marketing coordinator, I performed broker compliance checks and maintained accurate broker records on the back office systems. For timely processing of client applications and contracts, I assessed broker contracts and engaged with internal teams.
In addition, I facilitated agent and managing general agent (MGA) business transfers. I participated in the coordination of the first Quebec sales conference, as well.
While working closely with client servicing and investigation teams in this analyst role, I investigated wires, electronic insurance claims, and enquiries of varied complexity. I followed up on contacts with prospective customers and served as a liaison between customers and LIA.
Moreover, I participated in various projects, ensuring that all deadlines were met. I also played key roles in establishing standards and practices, which included the following:
⇨Created an action plan to improve customer service standards that produced a number-one service rating for two years at the CCTS and the Better Business Bureau.
