• Microwave Radio System Technician: Since October 10, 2021, to current date as a technician in the point-to-point wireless Radio Frequency communication field, I am responsible to maintain a good stable and reliable signal through complex network hubs system that incorporates a variety of multiple state of the art equipment. I am also responsible for maintaining a fleet of cummin diesel stationary back-up power generators. In addition, other of my responsibilities are to work with direct commercial high voltage power from the electrical meter across transfer switch, rectifiers system, DC power chargers to VRLA, Nickel Cadmium, and Lead Acid batteries.

• I&R System Technician: From May 02, 2008, to October 10, 2021. My responsibilities in my former title as an installation and repair technician I was responsible for new and existing installation of high-speed data, voice, and video service to commercial and residential customers via Fiber Optic and cooper cables. General duties included the ability to lay different lengths of arial and pull underground fiber and cooper drops. Ran new cat5 and cat6 cabling, mount ONT fiber units, configure dual band wi-fi routers, make new fiber fittings, troubleshoot network related issues using a variety of tools and complex testing equipment such as JDSU, Sidekick, Field fox, Flute and AIM meters. Performed impeccable customer service to commercial and residential customers. Complied with company mandated rules and policies while achieving and surpassing companies' expectation in goals and safety.
