As an MPL, I supported ten restaurants in the Saskatoon market in people operations by effectively executing each sites' recruitment & retention plans. Market events such as Employee Appreciation Weeks and Career Nights as well as People Initiatives such as Workplace Meta App deployment were executed at a high level.

In addition, I performed the secondary role of Health and Safety Coordinator for the SK market to ensure compliance with WorkSafe Standards.

This included support visits in preparation for audits, handling injury claims and providing coaching sessions to department leaders to improve workplace safety.
