• Job Description Carry out Precision CNC Machining by operating CNC MILLING AND CONVENTIONAL LATHE AND MILLING, proficient on editing of program, adjusting wear offset, cutter compensation and other operations to run the machine, Prior to these, it include MACHINE SET-UP such as setting/measuring of cutting tools, work piece coordinate origin , and setting of work piece unto clamping devise using edge finder, dial gauge, ring gauges, and Z pre-setter, with ability to achieve a tolerance of +-0.005mm/.0003inc. capable to handle of any type of design ranging from 1mm up to 600mm for machining center.
• Carry out PROGRAMMING by reading and interpreting mechanical drawing and analyzing the sequence of processes including work piece set up. Proficient in using Fanuc control( G-codes, M-codes)
• Conduct Inline QA after machining to verify the work piece is same as specified on drawing such as correct dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, and interpretation of views, with the used of precision measuring tools like Veneer Calipers, Micrometers, Pin/Block Gauges, Tool microscope, Profile projector.
• Create and Design Jig and Fixtures to set up complex, irregular shape, and multi machining parts.
• Reporting to Shift Leader for Status update, Quality alert and highlight of the Production
• Perform machine maintenance, based on PM schedule.
